Get ready for Zoofari 2020, presented by SYM Financial Advisors!

Zoofari: Bites – Brews – Beasts offers guests 21 and older the chance to sample delicious food, beer, and wine from over 50 local and regional establishments while enjoying live music from local bands and connecting with our Zoo animals. We are excited to partner with so many organizations and bring our community together for one of our favorite nights of the year. Proceeds from this event support Zoo operations, education programs and providing care for our more than 1,200 amazing Zoo animals.

Tickets go on sale July 6 at 12 p.m. and are available exclusively on our website: https://kidszoo.org/event/zoofari/ . VIP Early Admission tickets are $150 and offer fewer lines with an early admission of 5 p.m. General Admission tickets are $75 for admission at 6 p.m. Your ticket includes all food and beverage samples. The event will be held within the Zoo, rain or shine, as such, we recommend selecting weather-appropriate attire and sensible footwear for this event. Here we go again! Join us this Sunday for another live stream concert, on our facebook page from 3:30-4:30pm (weather permitting). Like last time, we will be mixing originals and covers for your listening pleasure!

We are asking for those who can, to donate a couple dollars to a Go-Fund-Me page setup for the staff at Hop River Brewing Company. Many of you know that this is a wonderful place for food, great beers, games and fun times with family and friends. They have closed down the tap room at this time, but you can still find their beers in stores all over town. Grab a couple varieties, and crack them open with us on Sunday!

Recording is under way! 

It has been 12 years since we, as a band, sat together in a studio and started recording a full length album. We have been writing songs here and there over the years and decided it was time to get them down for good. Currently working on 11 tracks, written over the past 12 years at different points. It is going to be a great collection of tunes when its all done!

 

We have filled out our year of shows as well! Come check us out at 2 Bandits Brewery in Hicksville, OH on November 2nd and December 7th. Also the evening before Thanksgiving we will be making our debut at the 07 Pub in Fort Wayne. Check the website and facebook for show times!

2017: the Year of the Cover 

2017 went by extremely fast! Packed full of shows at multiple venues (and states!), the year was a blast.

We reached many of the goals we started the year with. We learned new cover tunes and work on original material. We are carrying that momentum with us into 2018. Shows are lining up throughout the Winter and Spring months. 

We are learning new covers it seems every week. As a band we are clicking on all cylinders and rolling! We are looking forward to taking this momentum towards new original songs! Be on the look out for new songs as we finish them, we have a hard time keeping new things a secret!

Thank you to Dicky's for having us basically every month last year and this year so far! They provide a great venue and atmosphere for us and our friends and families to listen to our music. We have tried out many new songs there! We look forward to continuing to be a fixture there in 2018!

2016 Year In Review 

2016 was a big year for us. After 2+ years of practicing and writing songs, we started playing shows again this year! It started out strong and with all of you it carried on all year. We were offered a great opportunity to play monthly at Deer Park. This was a great confidence booster for us. After not playing live for nearly 6 years, we had no idea what to expect. Deer Park gave us the chance we needed to get back after it. We can't thank them enough for the space to spread out and try our material out on an audience. In the Fall we played the Deer Park's craft beer festival. It was one of the largest crowds we had ever performed for. We gained new experiences and learned a lot about our fans and what they like to hear us play. We can't wait to keep this momentum we have gained from last year.

2017 has started off fast. We have established a new relationship with Dicky's 21 Taps and hope to be a monthly fixture there this year. We have also set some goals for this year as a band. We will be adding cover tunes to our set regularly and look forward to playing them live for everyone to enjoy! We also set a goal of recording our 3rd album this year. We have about half the material completed and will finish writing songs this Spring. It has been 10 years since we recorded an album. Look for updates on this as we begin the process!!

Pre-Thanksgiving Bash! 

We have added a show for November! We will be performing at Dicky's 21 Taps along with a Bell's Brewery Tap Takeover Event! Come out and enjoy some tasty brews from our Michigan neighbors and listen to some fine tunes! We know this is a busy time of year with lots of family and friends visiting for the holidays, so bring them out and have a great night!

We will be working hard on expanding our set list to bring you more originals and some cover tunes you can sing and dance to!

Monday Evenings at Deer Park 

We just finished up our 2nd Monday evening show at Deer Park Pub. The crowd was really great to us again! We played a longer set this time with 3 cover songs we had not played live yet. Things went well, no major errors and will definitely be adding them to the set list moving forward. We have a lot of work ahead before our next show, Memorial Day at the Deer Park. We have new originals to get ready for our live set as well as a couple new cover tunes!
